What kind of license is required?
Geopointe Mobile is an extension of the main Geopointe app in Salesforce. To use the features of the mobile app, the signed in user must have a Geopointe license in Salesforce.
What Salesforce Editions are supported?
At this time, only Enterprise and Unlimited Editions are supported. Users must have API access enabled on their profile.
What Geopointe version should be installed in Salesforce?
It is always best to have the latest version off AppExchange. Mobile support was added in Geopointe 2.0 so you must have that version or higher. You can check your version at Setup | Installed Packages in Salesforce.
What mobile platforms are supported?
Geopointe Mobile runs on iPhone, iPad and Android. For Apple devices, you must be on iOS version 4.0 or above. For Android, version 2.2 and above is supported.
Who made Geopointe Mobile?
Arrowpointe owns and develops the main Geopointe app on AppExchange. Arrowpointe led the design of the mobile apps and our friends at Lively Labs performed the mobile app development.
Does it cost extra?
No, the app is free. While free, it is still dependent upon that user having a Geopointe license in Salesforce.
